ALLIANCE PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC was founded in May of 2003. In a few short years we have grown to be a General Contractor with diverse capabilities. APS started out with one employee, the owner, doing grounds maintenance. Victor K. Valenzuela, President, is now the leader of a growing company with over 50 employees.

Our goal is to set the standard in Property Maintenance and General Contracting. We have experience in Military Family Housing Maintenance, Facility and Building Maintenance, and Privatization
Housing Maintenance. To help us reach for this goal, through the Small Business Administration, we have been certified as an 8(a) company.
